- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.
- Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
